1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Note: Certain items—such as personal care products, undergarments, perishables, or items marked “Non-returnable”—cannot be returned.
2. Return Process

- Our team will review and approve the return if it meets the criteria.
- You will receive return instructions and a pickup schedule (if applicable).
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued in one of the following ways:
- Original Payment Method – For online payments.
- Bank/MFS Transfer – For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
- Store Credit – Upon customer request.
Refund Time: 3–7 business days after product inspection.
4. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
- We will send a replacement product of the same model.
- If out of stock, you may choose another item or request a refund.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, the return policy applies instead of cancellation.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, shavers, undergarments)
- Opened or used items
- Clearance or “Final Sale” products
- Food items, perishables, or consumables
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide unboxing video/photos for quick resolution.
